Citizens Bank Park 2014 in Pictures

I went to my last season-ticket game last night.  I have tickets for Friday, but with the Philly Fringe Festival happening there are definitely better options.

The night was depressing.  My buddy wanted a sausage sandwich and sausages were difficult to find (insert jokes and rimshot here!).  Pirates fans were everywhere and vocal! Chickie’s & Pete’s at the park had no line.  Even worse, they had Monday Night Football on their televisions instead of the game.  The smoking sections were empty.  The out-of-town scoreboard wasn’t working.

I was gonna post a bunch of pictures from the night, but figured a montage of shots from the year might be more entertaining.  So, I put on Spotify’s Hair Metal Ballad playlist and put together the sequence below which pretty much encapsulates the entire year.  All of these photos were taken during games, not batting practice, etc.

The last guy in the video sits in my section.  He’s had tickets since before I was born and I think he pretty much summed up the season.  Hope you enjoy.  The pictures are most likely blurry because my other hand had a beer in it.  If ya like it, share it.
