The Eagles lost.

The Eagles found a pass rush with 4 sacks.  They also can’t stop a pass rush with the motley crew that currently makes up the offensive line.

The 49ers only had 1 sack? Really?

Saints fans were wrong about Malcolm Jenkins when they were glad to see him go.  So was I.  Props to Howie.  Dude can play.

Did Trent Cole play?

Felt like the 49ers could’ve scored an additional two touchdowns if they just stayed with the run.

Have the Football Gods or Karma set their eyes on Shady after he made a “statement” with his $.20 cent tip or his tweet about getting 2,000 yards?  Nice missed block at the end of the game Shady.

Chip Kelly is not the Pope.  In other words, he’s not infallible.  With 9:21 the 49ers had 3rd and 3.  They had an incomplete pass but also committed pass interference.  Instead of declining and having the 49ers kick a 42 yard field goal, he accepted the penalty. The 49ers converted 3rd and 13 and ended up milking an additional 2:47 minutes off the clock before kicking a 31 yard field goal.  Chip also looked flustered looking for a play in the the final drive.  He was frantically flipping his play-chart back and forth. He seemed Andy-like.

The gameplan (Washington/49ers) against the Eagles seems to be long, sustained drives that keep the Eagles offense off the field.  The defense has to get off the field.

Nick Foles please stop overthrowing the deep ball.

Riley Cooper seems to be the player we all thought he was and now he looks overpaid.

Did Marcus Smith play? I can’t help but continue to think the Eagles screwed this past draft up by not selecting Kelvin Benjamin, who went two picks after the Eagles selected. Riley Cooper has 125 yards and 0 TDs.  Benjamin has 300 yards and 3 TDs.

South Street Harbor Park closed for the year.  I’ll miss it.

Cole Hamels is a stud.  The Phillies bats are a dud.  Hamels was ridiculous this season and couldn’t get 10 wins. What a joke!
