A Tree Grows in Philly (in January)

It might be January, but it looks like Spring on one block of South Philly just off South Street. Why? Because one tree (Cherry Blossom?) is starting to bloom.

Buds starting sprouting up a couple of weeks ago and them BOOM. This jawn started to blossom in the middle winter.

There’s Climate Change, but this is just plain Climate Confusion. What is going on??
