A Sight No Philadelphian Likes to See

On a simple trip this week to grab some Krimpets for the England/Croatia World Cup match at a local CVS, I saw a sight that no Philadelphian likes to see. My eyes caught the unfortunate glimpse of the Philadelphia Parking Authority multiplying. Yup, new cadets being trained as they ticketed a food delivery truck bring supplies for citizens to purchase.

Can’t wait for this audit of the PPA to finally happen.
